I have completed both quests and really enjoyed them. I regularly visit one of these neighbourhoods, but the quest still helped me discover lots of charming details I had never noticed before.
I wish the Questerdam project every success and look forward to more quests. Natasha, when is the third one coming? 🤔

The quest felt quite easy. The only location that required a bit more thought was the apartment clue. We played with our 6-year-old child, who was 6 years and one month old at the time, and he managed to solve all the puzzles. I would mention on the website that the quest is also suitable for children of this age when playing with their parents.
All the locations were close to one another, so we did not have time to get tired. I did not particularly enjoy the storyline about the missing pages of the book, but that is a matter of personal taste. The facts were interesting.

We did the quest as a family with our teenage child, and it was a very engaging experience. I’d especially like to mention the excellent balance of the puzzles. They varied in difficulty, but all of them were solvable.
We really loved that the quest had a storyline and included so much information that was genuinely interesting to discover — the kind that inspires and motivates you. We walked for about two hours and did not even notice getting tired. At some moments we were laughing, at others arguing about the right solution, and at times falling silent, reflecting on the lives of the people connected to these places. We experienced the full range of emotions. Technically, everything worked smoothly.
For me, quests like this are the best way to go for a walk, learn something new, explore a part of the city, and have a wonderful time with your family.

Many thanks to the creators of the quest — my friend and I had a wonderful time and learned so much about the area where I lived for six months. It is amazing! In my view, there is no better way to enjoy a leisurely walk around the city. We are looking forward to new quests!

We really, really enjoyed it! We went through the whole quest in one go, so to speak, and only came to our senses when we had finished task 12 ))))) It made us want to look at the city around us more closely and learn something about our own neighborhood too.
What I liked:

1. The route and the locations themselves (the route is chosen very well. The locations are close to each other, but without even noticing it, we walked about 3 km)
2. There is no overload of facts or boring, heavy-handed explanations. The way the facts and background information are presented is excellent. We were genuinely interested, and a day later I realized that I had remembered new information without having to memorize it)
3. The suggestion to stop for something to eat came at exactly the right moment) We did not take it, but later regretted it)
4. The tasks themselves. It is always clear what you need to do and where you need to go (which is very important, in my opinion), and the tasks are interesting and varied. The level of difficulty is also very well judged — not so easy that you do not feel happy when you get the right answer, but not so difficult that you just get stuck and feel miserable about it)))

I liked the quest — it was really fun: the whole concept with the girl’s story, the quotes, and the puzzles.
I also really liked that there were new facts I did not know before. It is great to discover something new for yourself.

I really liked it! It was interesting and informative. The area of the city was chosen very well — I had hardly ever been there before. The only thing that was a little difficult was the colored panels, because they were covered with grapevine 😁

Everything went wonderfully! We really loved the quest 🫶🏻 It was a pleasure to explore the city and notice parts of it that we had never really paid attention to before :)

A very interesting and informative quest that tells the story of the city in a truly engaging way and takes you through a very beautiful part of Amsterdam. It is an excellent way to make a walk more meaningful and learn something new about the city. I really enjoyed the tasks and the stories — the 2.5 hours just flew by!

verything was great. Even the kids enjoyed looking for things. Barents’s Dutchness came as a shock to the adults. The Western Islands are an amazing area in general — I had only passed through a couple of their streets before and had never really gone inside, but it turned out to be a really wonderful place.

We did the quest as a family and absolutely loved it 🥰 It’s so much more exciting than just a walk — we learned so many new things, and I honestly don’t know where else we would have found all that info! And our daughter really enjoyed solving the puzzles — it was her first quest ever 😊

It was great! We did the quest with our four-year-old, and he stayed interested almost until the very end 🙂
